Melanie is a charming and inviting holiday home, perfectly suited to families or friends looking for a relaxing coastal getaway.

The light and airy living room is stylishly decorated and includes a comfortable lounge suite with a large TV. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge and dishwasher. Around the corner is the air-conditioned dining room with a table that seats 6 people.

This home has 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 6 people.

Master bedroom - queen bed, direct access to the main bathroom
Bedroom 2 - queen bed
Bedroom 3 - single bed, trundle bed

There is one bathroom.

Main bathroom - shower, bath, vanity unit, separate toilet

All linen and basic toiletries are provided. Guests will need to bring their own beach towels.

The laundry is equipped with a front load washing machine and ironing facilities.

Step outside through the glass sliding door in the living room to your own private oasis. Enjoy outdoor living with an entertaining area complete with a BBQ, dining table and shade umbrella. There is also a covered outdoor sitting area behind the single car garage. The surrounding yard is fully fenced so kids can play while you relax.

Melanie is conveniently located within a 3 minute walk of Ocean Grove Marketplace shopping centre, home to a Woolworths supermarket and several specialty stores. Take a 3 minute drive to the golden sands of the ocean beach or a 4 minute drive to The Terrace which is lined with cafes, restaurants and shops.

Ocean Grove is one of the Bellarine Peninsula's most popular holiday towns. The surf beach is one of the best places to learn how to surf, while the stretches of sand along the mouth of the Barwon River offer great swimming spots. Excellent golf courses and wineries are nearby. All this is just 20 minutes from the centre of Geelong and 25 minutes from the start of the Great Ocean Road at Torquay.
