Pryde is a beautifully designed coastal retreat, providing relaxing accommodation for families or friends.

This modern and stylish home boasts light-filled living areas and a seamless indoor-outdoor flow for a memorable stay.

The main living area is of an open plan design and is air-conditioned for year round comfort. It features a plush L-shaped lounge suite, a wall mounted Smart TV and large dining table. The huge kitchen and adjoining butlers pantry is fully equipped with an electric cooktop, double oven, microwave, coffee maker, fridge and dishwasher. From this living area, bi-fold glass doors open onto a covered outdoor entertaining area, complete with a dining table and BBQ.

There is a second separate lounge room with a wall mounted TV, Sony PlayStation and couches.

This home has 4 bedrooms and can sleep up to 8 people.

There are 2½ bathrooms.

Main bathroom - shower, bath, vanity unit, toilet

All linen and basic toiletries are provided. Guests will need to bring their own beach towels.

The laundry is equipped with a front load washing machine and ironing facilities.

Enjoy the outdoors with a landscaped and fenced backyard, a sunny seating area and a trampoline for the kids.

While the garage is unavailable for guest use, parking is available on the driveway.

Pryde is located in a quiet residential area of Ocean Grove, just a 3 minute drive from Kingston Village Square shopping centre which has a Woolworths supermarket and a number of specialty shops. The beautiful ocean beach is an 8 minute drive away.

Ocean Grove is one of the Bellarine Peninsula's most popular holiday towns. The surf beach is one of the best places to learn how to surf, while the stretches of sand along the mouth of the Barwon River offer great swimming spots. Excellent golf courses and wineries are nearby. All this is just 20 minutes from the centre of Geelong and 25 minutes from the start of the Great Ocean Road at Torquay.
