Elmsford Cottage is a modern and tastefully decorated home that is located within a quiet residential area of Warragul. It combines federation era styling with all the conveniences of today.

Upon entering the cottage from the door on the front verandah, there is a cosy sitting room with a two seater couch and a window which looks out onto the front garden. Follow the hallway to the rear of the home where is an open plan living area. It consists of a lounge area with a wall-mounted Smart TV and dining space with a table that seats 6. The fully equipped kitchen has a large gas cooktop and oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher.

The cottage has 2 bedrooms and can sleep up to 4 people.

  • Master bedroom - queen bed
  • Bedroom 2 - two single beds

The bathroom has a wash basin, shower and spa bath. There is a separate toilet and a laundry equipped with a washing machine and clothes dryer.

All linen and towels are provided. For longer stays, the cottage is serviced once a week.

There is gas central heating and reverse-cycle air-conditioning for year round comfort.

The cottage is surrounded by neat landscaped gardens. At the rear is an entertaining deck which is covered by a shade sail and it has direct access from the living area.

The carport provides covered parking for one vehicle, with space available on the driveway for an additional vehicle.

Elmsford Cottage is located just 100 metres from the Warragul Country Club and an easy 15 minute to the centre of Warragul where there are a large range of shops, several supermarkets, restaurants and cafes.

Elmsford Cottage is an ideal base from which to explore this part of Gippsland and its surroundings. Some suggestions within a short drive include:

  • 10 minutes - the charming village of Yarragon
  • 12 minutes - Lardner Park where the annual Farm World is held
  • 20 minutes - the Gumbuya World theme park at Tynong North
  • 20 minutes - historic Old Gippstown at Moe
  • 30 minutes - picturesque small bush town of Noojee, famous for its award winning pub, historic trestle bridge, trout farm and Tooronga Falls
  • 1 hour - Phillip Island which is home to a chocolate factory, grand prix circuit, penguin parade and much more
  • 1 hour - the beautiful beaches of Inverloch
  • 1 hour - the historic secluded township of Walhalla including a tourist railway and gold mine
  • 1 hour and 15 minutes - the Mornington Peninsula with its popular beaches and acclaimed wineries
  • 1 hour and 15 minutes - Healesville Sanctuary
  • 1 hour and 30 minutes - Mt Baw Baw ski resort which also has excellent mountain bike trails outside of the snow season
  • 1 hour and 45 minutes - Wilsons Promontory National Park
