30 on Murray is a retro holiday home, conveniently located within an easy walk of the beach and shops.

Large windows bathe the spacious air-conditioned open plan living area in natural light. The sitting area features a large TV, stereo system and a record player cabinet. The well equipped kitchen includes a gas cooktop, wall oven, microwave, air fryer, Aldi coffee pod machine, fridge and dishwasher.

This home has 4 spacious bedrooms and can sleep up to 8 people.
