Elwood Beach Calming Tones is a completely restyled and impeccable double storey property that offers a true home away from home, located in Elwood's prized poetic precinct.
This home is alive with Art Deco heritage and filled with light. The tonal textures give the effect of warmth and relaxation, combined with woven textures that take you back to nature - perfectly in tune with the gorgeous suburb of Elwood and its idyllic beach location.
The lounge room features a soaring panelled ceiling, original leadlight windows and a 40 inch wall-mounted TV with Apple TV and Netflix. The charming dining room has a 4 seat dining table, Bose sound system and split-system heating and cooling. Adjacent to the dining room is a contemporary kitchen with luxe marble benchtops and quality stainless steel appliances including a 600mm gourmet oven.
This home can sleep up to 5 people and has 2 sunlit bedrooms.

A single blow up bed is available for an additional $50. A porta cot and high chair can be supplied if required.
All linen (except for the porta cot) and towels are supplied.
The main bathroom has a shower over full-size bath and a toilet. There is also a small powder room under the stairs with a toilet, hand basin and a combination washing machine and dryer.
At the back of the home is a manicured and generous size garden with an outdoor setting, providing a peaceful escape and privacy.
Elwood Beach Calming Tones is located close to public transport options so you can leave the car behind. Around the corner is a bus stop with a service that runs between St Kilda and Southland Shopping Centre. The nearest train station is Ripponlea - just over one kilometre or 14 minutes walk from the property. Catch a tram into the city centre from the tram stop 800 metres away on Brighton Road.
Take a one kilometre stroll to either the shops and cafes in Elwood Village on Ormond Road, or the popular Acland Street in St Kilda. Walk just 200 metres to the end of the street where Elwood Canal has shady pathways on each side of the water. The nearest sandy beach is on the bay at Point Ormond - 900 metres from the property.
Please note that guests under the age of 24 must travel with a guest of 24 years of age or older. Guests are required to be at least 24 years of age to stay in this property on their own. Unless prior approval is given, guests not conforming to this policy, will result in Rejuvenate Stays denying access to the property and no refunds will be provided. We are happy to consider making exceptions so please contact us if you don't fall within our age restrictions but would love to stay.

Nightly rates from:
$180 to $360
Rates based on 4 guests, twin share. Additional guests $40 per person per night.
$150 booking fee and $135 cleaning fee per stay applies.
Minimum stay from 2 to 5 nights.
A $500 security deposit is deducted from your credit card 10 days prior to arrival and is returned on inspection of the accommodation after departure.
