Colour Pop is a modern and fully self-contained apartment in a great location.
The open plan living area includes a large cosy couch, TV, DVD player and Bluetooth speaker. The kitchen has a dining table, a two burner induction stove, compact microwave steam oven, Nespresso coffee machine, Hisense fridge and dishwasher.
The living area opens directly onto a sun soaked balcony which has an outdoor setting and BBQ.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 6 people.

A porta cot and high chair can be supplied if required.
All linen (except for the porta cot) and towels are supplied.

There is central heating throughout and ceiling fans in each bedroom, plus air-conditioning in the lounge room.
Colour Pop is located on the first floor of a 3 level apartment building. Access is via stairs only.
A dedicated car parking spot is provided outside at the rear of the building. However, with the nearest tram stop being less than 200 metres away, excellent public transport is available to easily get around the city.
Step outside and you will be just a couple of minutes walk from restaurants, cafes, bars and retail outlets along popular Brunswick Street, Smith Street and Gertrude Street. Walk to the beautiful Fitzroy Gardens, Melbourne Museum and Melbourne's CBD.
Colour Pop is conveniently located within easy walking distance to a number of major hospitals including Royal Victorian Eye & Ear Hospital, St Vincents, Epworth Freemasons and the Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre.
Key delivery service:
We employ an external key delivery service to meet you with your keys on your day of arrival. The key handover time is to be booked directly with them at least 48 hours prior to your check-in. This service is included in your booking and covers arrivals between 3pm and 6pm. If you are arriving between 6pm and 9pm, an additional after hours fee of $40 will apply. Arrivals after 9pm will incur an additional $100 after hours fee and subject to confirmation. Please confirm if you require an after hours check in at the time of booking to confirm if we can organise this for you.
Please note: guests under the age of 24 must travel with a guest of 24 years of age or older. Guests are required to be 24 years of age or older to stay in this property on their own. Guests not conforming to this policy, unless prior approval is given, will result in denying access to the property and no refunds will be provided. We are happy to consider making exceptions so please contact us if you fall within this age restriction but would love to stay with us.

- Only one dog under 30 kg permitted, although exceptions may be made
- Dogs must be registered and have all common vaccinations
- Dog permitted inside but not in bedrooms or on any furniture
- Bring your dog's own bedding and bowls
- Please clean up after your dog as guests are responsible for any extra clean up costs
- Do not leave your dog alone in the property as it may disturb neighbours

Nightly rates from:
$170 to $450
Rates based on 6 guests, twin share.
$50 booking fee, $195 cleaning fee and $60 key delivery fee per stay applies.
Minimum stay from 2 to 5 nights.
A $500 security deposit is deducted from your credit card 7 days prior to arrival and is returned on inspection of the accommodation after departure.
