Sixteenth Beach Retreat

Sixteenth Beach Retreat, Rye
Ocean Blue Coastal Retreats

Sixteenth Beach Retreat is an architecturally designed classic beachside property, nestled within the native bush of the Mornington Peninsula National Park and within walking distance to Number Sixteen Ocean Beach.

The north-facing natural timber and glass home is fully self-contained with luxurious contemporary furnishing and is beautifully decorated with original modern artworks. There are expansive living ares indoors with vaulted ceilings and solid polished hardwood floorboards complimented by a stylish kitchen with island bench and modern appliances. Floor to ceiling windows throughout the north-facing section of the house fill this space with light. There are three spacious bedrooms with the master bedroom boasting a private powder room and walk in robe, and two further bedrooms in an opposite wing including a second centrally located bathroom. There is ducted heating and air-conditioning.

The property has stunning multi-level entertaining decks to take advantage of the surrounds, with outdoor audio for entertainment, BBQ and outdoor furniture, making this the perfect private place to relax. An outdoor shower to wash off the salt and sand after a surf at the local Rye or Gunnamatta beaches completes the picture.

Sixteenth Beach Retreat is ideally suited to couples or a family looking for that perfect "home away from home" holiday, or executive stays.
