The Nest is a beautiful weatherboard beach house, located in quiet area of Rye and elevated among the treetops.

The home is immaculately presented and newly furnished, with great attention to detail. It is light and airy, and secure and safe for small children and pets. The perfect entertaining house for any season, with air-conditioning and ducted heating.

An elegant lounge is located at the front of the house with plenty of comfortable seating. There is a large fully-equipped kitchen which overlooks a 6 seat dining table and adjoins a second sitting area with a library of beautiful books. There are 3 bedrooms - a master with king bed and walk-in robe, a second bedroom with a king bed that can be split into two singles, and a third queen bedroom which overlooks the trees. The master bedroom has its own ensuite while the other two bedrooms share a central bathroom and separate toilet.

An appealing feature of this home is its outdoor living spaces. The high steps at the front of this house lead to a north facing verandah with seating - perfect for relaxing afternoon or evening drinks. At the rear of the house are bi-fold doors which open from the lounge onto a large deck with 4 burner gas BBQ and a large table.

The secure backyard is perfect for kids and pets, with plenty of room to play. There are badminton racquets and a net, cricket, quoits and balls provided. A small group of native ti-trees make a great adventure for children to explore.

The Nest is situated 15 minutes walk from Whitecliffs bayside beach and just a few minutes drive from the bustling centre of Rye with its shops and restaurants.
