The cottage features white vaulted ceilings and red brick walls, decorated in a contemporary design with newly installed furniture. Perfect for a large family or group of friends.
The living area consists of a large lounge with stylish furniture, a wood fire, air-conditioner and flatscreen TV with Foxtel. There is a light and bright fully-equipped kitchen and 6 seat dining table. The study has a desk where you can work or relax and read in peace.
There are three spacious bedrooms - one with a queen bed and the other two with king beds which can be split into two singles.
On the side of the cottage is a games room with a table tennis table.

The cottage is an 18 minute stroll from the Peninsula Coastal Walk which extends from St Andrews Beach to Sorrento through the Mornington Peninsula National Park. Rye Ocean Beach is just a short drive away, and the shopping and dining facilities at Rye are within a 5 minute drive. Nearby attractions include bay beaches, golf courses, Peninsula Hot Springs and a large number of wineries at Red Hill.
