21 Peninsula View is a large and modern two storey holiday home.

The main living area is located upstairs. This open plan space has a comfortable lounge suite, Smart TV and a dining table that seats 8. The fully equipped kitchen has a large walk-in pantry and includes a 900mm gas cooktop and oven, microwave, Lavazza coffee machine, fridge, dishwasher and ample cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

The upstairs living area opens out onto the covered front balcony. Complete with a BBQ and an outdoor lounge setting, you can enjoy glimpses of the water in the distance from here.

Downstairs is a second living area with a lounge setting, Smart TV and foosball table. A sliding glass door provides direct access to the backyard.

21 Peninsula View has 4 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 13 people.

21 Peninsula View is located 1.6 kilometres from the beach and 2.5 kilometres from major supermarkets in the centre of Cowes.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.
