Island Holidayze is a modern two storey townhouse that is centrally located in the main street of Cowes, close to shops and the beach.
The spacious air-conditioned open plan downstairs living area has a comfortable lounge suite, a dining table that seats 6 and a fully equipped kitchen with stone benchtops that includes an electric cooktop and oven, microwave, sandwich maker, coffee machine, large fridge, dishwasher and walk-in pantry. This living area opens onto a partially covered deck with an outdoor setting and gas BBQ.
A polished timber staircase leads to the upstairs living area which has a door onto the balcony.
Island Holidayze has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep any combination of adults and children up to a maximum of 10.

- Bedroom 3 (upstairs) - two single bunks, one trundle bed
There are two bathrooms - an ensuite in the downstairs master bedroom and a large main bathroom upstairs with a separate toilet. There is also a powder room on the lower level.
Outside is a fully fenced courtyard and a single garage that provides access to the rear yard. There is space to park an additional car in front of the garage.
Leave the car behind and walk everywhere. From Island Holidayze you can easily walk to supermarkets, shops, cafes, restaurants and the main beach at the jetty.

Minimum stay is from 2 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).
Linen and bathroom towels can be hired for $30 per king/queen/double bed and $15 per single bed - or you can bring your own.
