Lenny's Lodge is a beautifully presented modern home with a backyard that kids will love.

At the front of this home is a light and spacious open plan living area. There is a large couch, TV with Chromecast, lots of board games and a dining table that seats 8. The kitchen is fully appointed with an electric cooktop and oven, microwave, coffee machine, fridge, dishwasher and ample cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

A sliding glass door leads from the living area onto a covered outdoor deck which has an 8 seat table and gas BBQ.

Lenny's Lodge has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 8 people.

The fully enclosed rear yard is perfect for kids. There is a large area of grass for them to play on and there is also a trampoline to keep them entertained.

Parking is available for three vehicles in the tandem carport, with space for another vehicle on the driveway.

Lenny's Lodge is located in a quiet residential area, 4 minutes drive from the beach and within a 5 minute drive of major supermarkets in the centre of Cowes.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

Linen and bathroom towels can be hired for $30 per king/queen/double bed and $15 per single bed - or you can bring your own.
