Rushmore Retreat

Rushmore Retreat is a spacious and modern holiday home where you can enjoy a beach holiday in style.

The open plan living area has high ceilings and large windows which bathe this space in natural light. There is a relaxing lounge suite, TV, reverse-cycle air-conditioner and a dining table which seats 6 people. The fully appointed kitchen includes a 5 burner gas cooktop, 900mm gas oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge, dishwasher, huge walk-in pantry and ample cookware, crockery and cutlery.

A second living room with a couch is located further along the hallway.

Rushmore Retreat has 4 bedrooms and can sleep up to 9 people. All bedrooms have heaters and fans.

• Bedroom 3 - double bed, single bed
• Bedroom 4 - queen bed

A cot and high chair are available if required.

There are 2 bathrooms.

The laundry is equipped with a washing machine.

From the main living at the rear of the home, a double stacking slider door opens onto a covered outdoor entertaining area with a dining setting and BBQ. This overlooks a fully fenced rear and side yard with plenty of grass for children to play.

The double garage, with direct internal access to the home, has a fold-up table tennis table and provides space for two cars. Another 2 vehicles or a boat can be accommodated on the driveway.

Just around the corner from this home is a great park with a picnic shelter, ball courts and shady trees. Drive 4 minutes to the nearest sandy beach. The shops, restaurants and cafes in the centre of Cowes are also a 4 minute drive away.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

Minimum stay is from 2 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
