The Grove

The Grove is a contemporary holiday home located just a short walk from the San Remo back beach.

The living area is of an open plan design with air-conditioning and a cosy wood fire (bring your own wood). There are comfortable couches, a Smart TV with Netflix, sound system with sub-woofer and an 8 seat dining table. The modern kitchen has a gas cooktop, electric oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge with water dispenser and ample cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

There is a small study with a corner bench located next to the laundry.

The Grove has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 6 people.

• Bedroom 1 - king bed, walk-in robe, ensuite
• Bedroom 2 - queen bed
• Bedroom 3 - queen bed

There are 2 bathrooms.

• Main bathroom - bath, shower, vanity unit, toilet
• Ensuite - shower, vanity unit, toilet

There are two outdoor living areas. At the front of the home is a verandah with seating that overlooks a neatly fenced yard. At the back is a covered pergola with a gas BBQ and table.

Up to 4 vehicles can be parked along the driveway.

Walk just a couple of minutes through the foreshore caravan park to the sandy back beach. The nearby Lions Park, which overlooks the beach, is popular with families and includes a playground with picnic shelters. The supermarket, shops and cafes of San Remo, which overlook the front beach, are only 5 minutes walk away.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

A $45 booking fee also applies to each stay - no other cleaning fee or bond applies.

Minimum stay is from 2 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Linen and bathroom towels can be hired for $30 per king/queen/double bed and $15 per single bed - or you can bring your own.
