Blue Bayou

Blue Bayou is a neat and modern holiday home, located in a quiet residential area of Coronet Bay.

The spacious air-conditioned open plan living area features cathedral ceilings and huge floor to ceiling windows, creating a bright and airy space. A sumptuous lounge suite is situated in front of a large Smart TV with Blu-ray player, speakers and Bluetooth enabled amplifier as well as a separate Bluetooth speaker. The solid wood dining table seats 6 people. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooktop and oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge, dishwasher and ample cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

A sliding glass door from the living area opens onto a covered deck at the front of the home. There are shade blinds on each side of the deck, a gas BBQ and outdoor chairs. A wicker table and chair set can be brought out onto the deck.

Blue Bayou has 3 bedrooms, all with wall-mounted electric heaters, and can comfortably sleep up to 6 people. All beds have electric blankets, except for the trundle bed.

There is one bathroom.

The laundry is equipped with a combination washing machine and clothes dryer. A second toilet is located in the laundry.

The whole property is securely fenced with a gate at the front, providing a large space for children to safely play outside. There is an outdoor hot shower. Up to 4 vehicles, including a boat, can be comfortably accommodated on the long driveway. For those with electric vehicles, there is an external 15 amp socket for fast charging.

Coronet Bay Recreation Reserve is located within a short 350 metre walk of Blue Bayou. The reserve includes a football oval, basketball court, BMX track and playground. Coronet Bay's general store, sandy beach and boat ramp is located just over a kilometre from the home.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

Dog information:

• Dogs welcome, but they must stay outdoors
• Securely fenced yard
• On the side of the home is an enclosed and partially covered dog run with 1.2 metre high fencing

A $45 booking fee also applies to each stay - no other cleaning fee or bond applies.

Minimum stay is from 2 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
