Coronet Spa Retreat is a neat and well presented home which caters perfectly for a family getaway.

At the front of this home is an open plan living area that includes a reverse-cycle air-conditioner, wall-mounted 55 inch Smart TV, comfortable lounge setting and a dining table that seats 6. The fully equipped kitchen has an electric cooktop and oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge, dishwasher and ample cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

A second living area is located at the rear of the home. This cosy room has a lounge suite and opens onto a large covered deck via a glass door. The deck has a comfortable outdoor setting and a 6 seater electric heated spa pool.

Coronet Spa Retreat has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 7 people.

• Bedroom 2 - tri-bunk (double on bottom, single on top)
• Living room - two double sofa beds

There are 1½ bathrooms.

• Main bathroom - combined bath and shower, vanity unit, separate toilet

The backyard is fully fenced, providing a safe place for children to play. There is also an outdoor fire pit (bring your own wood) with seating. The double garage has a fold-up table tennis table and 4 burner gas BBQ inside. The garage and driveway provides off-street parking for up to 4 vehicles or boats.

Coronet Spa Retreat is located within a 5 minute walk of Coronet Bay Recreation Reserve where there is a football oval, basketball court, BMX track and playground. It is 1.3 kilometres to Coronet Bay General Store and a 12 minute walk to the beach at the end of Norsemens Road.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

Minimum stay is from 2 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
