Madeit

Madeit is a bright and modern two storey holiday home that is ideally located just across the road from the beach.

The main living area is located upstairs. This open plan space has reverse-cycle air-conditioning and includes a lounge suite in front of a wall-mounted TV with a DVD player, and a dining table that seats 6. The fully appointed kitchen has an electric cooktop and oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge, dishwasher and ample cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

The upstairs living area opens onto two large covered decks. The front deck faces west and is perfect for watching breathtaking sunsets from the seating provided. The rear deck overlooks the backyard and has a dining table and gas BBQ.

Downstairs is a second living room with a TV and DVD player.

Madeit has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 8 people.

There are 2½ bathrooms.

The securely fenced backyard with its large area of lawn provides a safe place for children to play. There is a tandem carport and space on the driveway to accommodate 3 to 4 vehicles or boats.

Walk less than 2 minutes from Madeit to the beach - cross the road and follow the foreshore track through a banksia grove and onto the sand. Coronet Bay General Store is only an 8 minute walk from the home.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

Minimum stay is from 2 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
