The Bay House

The Bay House is a modern two storey holiday home with an amazing playground in the backyard.

The main open plan living area is located downstairs. This large space spans the entire length of the home and is bathed in natural light. It includes a lounge area with plush couches in front of a large Smart TV and a dining table which seats 8. The kitchen is fully appointed with an electric oven and cook top, microwave, Aldi pod coffee machine, blender, fridge, dishwasher and ample cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

Glass sliding doors in the living area open onto a large covered entertaining deck with a 3 seater lounge, an outdoor dining table and extra garden chairs and kids chairs.

Downstairs is a small study with a work table that looks out over the front yard.

Upstairs is a second living area at the top of the stairway with a couch in front of a Smart TV.

The Bay House has 4 bedrooms, all of which are upstairs, and can comfortably sleep up to 9 people.

There is a reverse-cycle air-conditioner in the downstairs living area. Ceiling fans are in the upstairs living area and bedrooms 1, 3 and 4. Portable heaters and fans are present in all bedrooms.

The backyard of this home is fully enclosed and is perfectly set up for kids. They will love the fantastic playground with its trampoline, raised cubby house and slide, double swing set and climbing frame. While the garage is not available for the use of guests, there are double gates on one side of the house where you can securely park a boat behind.

The Bay House is located 200 metres from the entrance to Coronet Bay Recreation Reserve where there is a football oval, basketball court, BMX track and playground. The town's main sandy beach and boat ramp is approximately one kilometre from the home. Take a 10 minute walk to the Coronet Bay general store where you can stock up on basic supplies and enjoy a selection of takeaway food.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

A $45 booking fee also applies to each stay - no other cleaning fee or bond applies.

Minimum stay is from 2 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
