Vantage Point

Vantage Point is a two storey holiday home with several indoor and outdoor living areas.

On the ground floor is a large air-conditioned living room which functions as a games room. There is a lounge suite, a Smart TV and a table tennis table. Adjacent to this room is a meals area with a table that seats 8. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric cooktop and oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge and and ample cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. A sliding glass door leads from the kitchen out onto a covered rear deck with an outdoor couch and gas BBQ.

Upstairs is a large living room which is surrounded by floor to ceiling windows, bathing this space in natural light. There is a reverse-cycle air-conditioner, relaxing lounge suite, Smart TV with Sonos soundbar and a small fridge behind the bar. The living area opens onto a large covered balcony which extends along three sides of the home, providing glimpses of water in the distance.

Vantage Point has 4 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 9 people.

The backyard is fully enclosed and perfect for kids to run around in. At the front of the home is a double tandem garage which is suitable for two cars, and there is space for 2 to 4 cars on the driveway.

Take a 5 minute walk from Vantage Point to Coronet Bay Recreation Reserve where there is a football oval, basketball court, BMX track and playground. The general store and beach are within a kilometre of this home.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

Minimum stay is from 2 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Linen and bathroom towels can be hired for $30 per king/queen/double bed and $15 per single bed - or you can bring your own.
