Jamieson Cottage 1 By the River is a tranquil riverside escape in the centre of this quaint country town.

At the front of the cottage is large covered north-facing deck. Step through the front door into the air-conditioned living area with its comfortable lounge setting, TV, cosy wood fire and wood-lined cathedral ceiling. The meals area has a 6 seat dining table and a kitchen equipped with an electric stovetop, oven, microwave and fridge.

The cottage has 2 bedrooms and can sleep up to 4 people.

There is 1 bathroom.

  • Main bathroom - shower, vanity unit, toilet

Linen, towels and a selection of toiletries are supplied.

There is a washing machine, clothes dryer and ironing facilities.

This cottage is part of an exclusive group of 4 cottages which are located within 50 metres of the serene Jamieson River. Lined with parkland and majestic trees that erupt into blazing colours during autumn, the river is perfect for a picnic, BBQ, refreshing swim or fishing.

Take a 3 minute walk into the heart of Jamieson where you can enjoy a traditional pub meal at the Courthouse Hotel, drop into the general store for coffee and supplies, or discover the town's historic sites with a stroll along the surrounding streets.

Lovers of the great outdoors will find plenty to experience around Jamieson including bushwalking and water activities on nearby Lake Eildon. Explore the scenic roads and tracks in the area or head up to Mount Buller which is a destination that can be enjoyed at any time of year.
