Rosedale House

Rosedale House is a beautiful homestead situated on the outskirts of Mansfield in north-east Victoria's magnificent High Country. Surrounded by gardens and rolling hills, it is perfect for a family gathering or group of friends.

Rosedale House is well appointed with luxurious touches to make you feel at home. The air-conditioned open plan living area has polished timber flooring, soaring cathedral ceilings and lovely garden views. The sitting area has big leather couches in front of cosy wood fire, TV and a bookshelf with reading material and games. The generous country style kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cooktop, dual oven and includes a butler's pantry with modern appliances.

The home has 4 large bedrooms and can sleep up to 12 people.

Rosedale House Apartment is an alternative option for booking the homestead whereby guests have use of one bedroom and bathroom as well as the large kitchen and living area. A second bedroom is available at an extra cost, making the apartment option able to sleep up to 6 guests. The property is only let out to one group at a time, so the remainder of the house gets locked off.

At the back of the home is a verandah with a BBQ that overlooks a paved entertaining area complete with an outdoor dining table. Within the garden is a fire pit and a dam.

Despite being only a 3 minute drive from the centre of Mansfield, you will enjoy the tranquillity of country living on 2 hectares of farmland with peaceful rural views.

Rosedale House is a 45 minute drive from the ski resorts of Mt Buller and Mt Stirling and just a 15 minute drive to the shores of Lake Eildon or wonderful cool mountain-fed rivers.

Whether you are cycling long the fabulous trails in the region, snow skiing, four wheel driving, fishing, horse riding, boating or touring wineries and indulging in gourmet local produce, Rosedale House is the perfect base for exploring the High Country year-round. Nearby are Mansfield, Mt Buller, Mt Stirling, Craig's Hut, Lake Eildon, Howqua and Delatite Rivers, Lake Nillahcootie, great wineries and many small towns such as Jamieson and Bonnie Doon.
