Smithy Lane is a quaint goldmining cottage which exudes a timeless appeal and is a testament to the region's rich heritage.

While this cosy cottage has been thoughtfully refurbished to contemporary standards, it seamlessly blends the old with the new, maintaining its historic allure and many of its original features.

At the front of the cottage is a lounge room with a wood fireplace and Smart TV. The adjoining dining room has a table which seats 8 people and its own fireplace. There is a fully equipped kitchen with an electric cooktop and oven, microwave, Breville coffee machine with a supply of local beans, fridge, dishwasher and an extensive range of cutlery and crockery. Coffee, T2 tea and condiments are supplied, including breakfast provisions for your first morning.

This home has 2 bedrooms and can sleep up to 4 people.

There is one bathroom.

Smithy Lane is surrounded by sprawling gardens with established fruit trees and an age-old wisteria, providing ample space for children to roam and play. Within the private gardens is an outdoor dining table which seats 4, a BBQ and fire pit.

Just a few steps from the garden gate is Morses Creek where you can enjoy peaceful strolls along the Murray to Mountains Rail Trail. The town centre of Bright, with its charming selection of shops, cafes and attractions, is a 6 minute drive away.

Dog information:

• A total of 2 dogs are permitted
• Dogs welcome inside, but not on furniture
• Please bring bedding for your dog to sleep inside
