The third floor is a lovely entertaining space with a spacious living room that includes a relaxing lounge suite, a wall-mounted 65 inch 4K Smart TV with free Netflix, study desk and powder room. A sliding glass door opens onto a large balcony which has an outdoor dining setting and offers views of the city skyline, particularly stunning at night.

Public transport services are excellent in the area. Walk 200 metres to Jewell railway station and travel on a train straight into Melbourne's CBD. A tram stop just around the corner from the townhouse on Sydney Road also provides quick access to the city centre.

Nightly rates are based on a stay of 7 nights. Lower nightly rates apply for longer stays while higher nightly rates apply for shorter stays.

Minimum stays:
For stays within the next 30 days - 3 nights.
For stays 30 to 90 days from now - 7 nights.
For stays more than 90 days from now - 28 nights.
Even if booked within 30 days, Christmas, Australian Open and Grand Prix stays have a 7 night minimum.
