East Brunswick Penthouse is a stylish and modern apartment located on the top (4th) floor of the De Novo apartment complex.

This 82m² apartment has a spacious open plan living area. The sitting area has a lounge suite and 47 inch Smart TV with free Foxtel and Netflix. There is a dining table which seats 6 people and a fully equipped kitchen with a gas cooktop and oven, microwave, coffee machine, fridge and dishwasher. Sliding glass doors from the living area open onto a large terrace with an outdoor dining setting and BBQ. From here, enjoy panoramic easterly views over the suburbs.

There is a separate office with a work desk. This room has direct access to the south facing balcony which offers outstanding views of Melbourne's city centre skyline.

East Brunswick Penthouse has one bedroom and can sleep up to 4 people.

The apartment has double glazed windows for comfort. A reverse-cycle air-conditioner in the living area provides year round comfort.

A secure allocated parking spot is provided in the building's basement car park, accessed with a remote control.

East Brunswick Penthouse is in a quiet location, at the end of a dead-end street. Next door is East Brunswick Village which has a major supermarket, cafes and other shops.

For easy access to Melbourne's city centre, there is a tram stop located around the corner on Nicholson Street - just a 2 minute walk away.

Take a 10 minute walk to the beautiful parkland which stretches along both sides of Merri Creek. Lygon Street is within easy walking distance, offering a great selection of restaurants and bars.

Nightly rates are based on a stay of 7 nights. Lower nightly rates apply for longer stays while higher nightly rates apply for shorter stays.

Minimum stays:
For stays within the next 30 days - 3 nights.
For stays 30 to 90 days from now - 7 nights.
For stays more than 90 days from now - 28 nights.
Even if booked within 30 days, Christmas, Australian Open and Grand Prix stays have a 7 night minimum.
