Fitzroy Warehouse Penthouse is a modern and spacious apartment located on the top two floors of a converted warehouse building.
This light-filled apartment extends across two levels and has 120m2 of internal space plus a 20m2 rooftop terrace. It has been lovingly restored over many years and is decorated with items that reflect the heritage and character of the building including carefully curated historic artwork and bespoke furniture.
Downstairs is huge open plan living space. The main sitting area extends upwards to the top of the upper level and includes original 1970s armchairs, a 55 inch Smart TV with free Netflix and a stunning green plant wall. The adjacent meals area has some comfortable lounge chairs and an 8 seat dining table with legs made from the steel barbell stands of the 1956 Melbourne Olympics. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen features stone benchtops, a gas cooktop and oven, microwave, coffee machine, fridge, dishwasher and a collection of Victorianox chef knives. A European laundry is located in the kitchen area, complete with a washing machine and clothes dryer.
An industrial staircase leads to the upper level where the bedrooms, bathroom and an open plan study are located. One of the bedrooms and the study has bi-fold doors which open onto a large north-facing terrace complete with a dining setting, lots of plants and panoramic city views.

All linen, towels, toiletries, washing and cleaning products are supplied. A portacot and highchair is available for a small fee - please bring your own cot linen.

Secure basement parking is provided for one car, as well as a permit for street parking for a second vehicle.
The apartment is located in one of Fitzroy's iconic heritage MacRobertson factories which date back to the 1880s. This particular warehouse has been converted into a boutique property that houses 17 apartments. Elevator access is provided to all floors, the lobby and basement car park.
Fitzroy Warehouse Penthouse is nestled along a quiet tree-lined side street. Walk just 2 minutes to Smith Street or 4 minutes to Brunswick Street. Both these streets are extensive strip shopping precincts with a huge variety of restaurants, cafes, bars, retail stores and factory outlets for clothing and homewares.
Access to Melbourne's city centre is quick and easy. A tram stop is located just 150 metres from the property in Smith Street, with the tram service taking you directly to Melbourne's CBD and Docklands.

Nightly rates are based on a stay of 7 nights. Lower nightly rates apply for longer stays while higher nightly rates apply for shorter stays.
For stays within the next 30 days - 3 nights.
For stays 30 to 90 days from now - 7 nights.
For stays more than 90 days from now - 28 nights.
Even if booked within 30 days, Christmas, Australian Open and Grand Prix stays have a 7 night minimum.
