Heart of Fitzroy is a small yet functional terrace house in a brilliant location.

The open plan living area is tastefully decorated and has high pitched ceilings and timber floors. There is a 3+ seater sofa (King Living Delta), an armchair, a large smart TV, Apple HomePod and a 6 seat dining table. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric cooktop, oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher.

Glass sliding doors in the living area open out onto a paved and fully secure courtyard. There are relaxing chairs, an assortment of plants and also a herb garden which you can help yourself to.

This home has 2 cosy bedrooms and can sleep up to 4 people.

The modest bathroom has a shower and vanity unit. The laundry is equipped with a front loading washing machine and dryer.

Linen, towels, additional pillows (2 contour pillows and 2 European pillows), basic supplies and spare essentials are provided.

A parking permit is available which allows 24 hour street parking and there are always plenty of spaces surrounding the property.

This home is located in the heart of Fitzroy, between Brunswick, Gertrude, Smith and Johnston Streets. Within a few minutes walk are major supermarkets, many shops and hundreds of cafes, restaurants and bars. Across the road is Atherton Reserve which has a full size sports oval.

Many major hospitals are within easy walking distance including St Vincents, Epworth Freemasons and the Royal Eye and Ear Hospital.

Dog information:

• Well trained dogs are welcome inside, but not on furniture
• You will need to bring your dog's bedding
• Please do not leave your pet unsupervised inside
• There is a fully enclosed courtyard outside
• Atherton Reserve, located across the road, is an off-leash dog park

There is no cleaning fee provided the home is left clean and tidy. Otherwise a cleaning fee will be charged.

Payment is required 7 days prior to your stay, either by credit card or direct deposit. Cancellations after this date may be charged a one night fee, at the owner's discretion, during Covid.
