Heritage Warehouse Retreat
Heritage Warehouse Retreat is an individual apartment located on level 2 of a converted warehouse in Flinders Lane. It is a place where you can feel like you are in the heart of a bustling, exciting city, yet tucked away in your own hideaway.
The apartment is 160m2 in size and has been professionally decorated with artistic furnishings and decor. Its original warehouse features have been preserved with exposed red brick walls, lofty ceilings, exposed structural beams and polished original timber floors. Even though the apartment is quite spacious, it does have a cosy feel to it.
The large tiled entrance foyer has a dedicated work desk and leads to an open plan living space. The sitting area includes a luxurious lounge suite, additional seating and a 43 inch Smart TV with free Netflix. There is a dining table which seats 5 people and a designer kitchen with a gas cooktop, wall oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher and fridge.
Heritage Warehouse Retreat has 2 bedrooms and can sleep up to 6 people.

All linen, towels, toiletries, washing and cleaning products are supplied. An electric inflatable queen size mattress is available for an additional fee. A portacot and highchair is available for a small fee - please bring your own cot linen.
Air-conditioning, internal sound-proofing and double glazed windows ensure a comfortable and peaceful stay.
Secure car parking is available for a small fee and can be arranged for stays of 10 nights or more.
Heritage Warehouse Retreat is located within an original historic warehouse that features a handsome Edwardian facade which dates back to the 1840s. It is part of a boutique block of 11 apartments. Only one other apartment is on the same floor. Access is via a secure entrance with intercom. Take the elevator or climb the striking industrial staircase to level 2.
The apartment is perfectly positioned to enjoy all that Melbourne offers. It is surrounded by bustling inner city streets with restaurants, cafes, bars, theatres, shops, arcades and laneways. Take a short stroll to Flinders Street Station, Federation Square and the Yarra River.
Public transport options are excellent with train and tram services just around the corner.

- Quiet, house-trained dogs are welcome with approval
- Dogs must be kept off furniture and beds
- Please bring bedding and bowls for your dog
- Minimum pet fee for your entire stay is $150

Nightly rates from:

Nightly rates are based on a stay of 7 nights. Lower nightly rates apply for longer stays while higher nightly rates apply for shorter stays.
Minimum stays:
For stays within the next 30 days - 3 nights.
For stays 30 to 90 days from now - 7 nights.
For stays more than 90 days from now - 28 nights.
Even if booked within 30 days, Christmas, Australian Open and Grand Prix stays have a 7 night minimum.
