On the lower level is the entrance and open plan living area. There is a relaxing lounge suite, 60 inch TV with Netflix and a dining table. The fully equipped kitchen has an electric cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher and fridge. There is a work desk with a lamp. From the living area, sliding glass doors open onto a balcony that overlooks Russell Place below.

On the upper level are the bedrooms and bathroom.

Little Collins has 2 bedrooms and can sleep up to 4 people.

• Bedroom 1 (upstairs) - queen bed, built-in robe, 32 inch TV
• Bedroom 2 (upstairs) - queen bed (can be split into two beds)

There is one bathroom.

• Combined bathroom / laundry (upstairs) - shower, vanity unit, toilet, washing machine, clothes dryer

All linen, towels, toiletries, washing and cleaning products are supplied. A portacot and highchair is available for a small fee - please bring your own cot linen.

Air-conditioning in the living areas and bedrooms provides year round comfort.

Secure car parking is available nearby for a small fee.

Nestled in the middle of Melbourne's CBD, the apartment is surrounded by shops, restaurants, cafes and entertainment venues. It is the perfect place to experience all that Melbourne has to offer.

With tram lines and train stations located within easy walking distance, public transport options are excellent.

• Dogs must be kept off furniture and beds
• Please bring bedding and bowls for your dog
• Minimum pet fee for your entire stay is $150

Nightly rates are based on a stay of 7 nights. Lower nightly rates apply for longer stays while higher nightly rates apply for shorter stays.

Minimum stays:
For stays within the next 30 days - 3 nights.
For stays 30 to 90 days from now - 7 nights.
For stays more than 90 days from now - 28 nights.
Even if booked within 30 days, Christmas, Australian Open and Grand Prix stays have a 7 night minimum.
