Stylishly decorated with function and practicality in mind, this apartment features a spacious light-filled open plan living area. There is a comfortable modular lounge-suite and plush chair in front of a large TV, a study nook, 4 seat glass dining table and a well equipped kitchen.
Floor to ceiling windows and sliding glass doors in the living area look out onto a fenced outdoor terrace area which has a quaint table and seating for two.
The apartment has one bedroom and can sleep up to 2 people.

The bathroom has a shower, toilet and a basin with an overhead mirror. There is also a concealed European laundry with washing machine.

Shared with other apartments in the complex is a heated indoor lap pool and a gymnasium (children not permitted) which has weights, treadmill and other fitness equipment.
Stylish Port Melbourne Pad is a hidden oasis set within serene Balinese-style gardens where you will feel a world away from its convenient inner city location.
Walk just 250 metres to Port Melbourne's safe sandy swimming beach or stroll along the palm tree lined foreshore pathway that overlooks the bay. 600 metres from the apartment is bustling Bay Street where you will find many restaurants, cafes and retail outlets. One block away is Gas Works Art Park which has several galleries, theatres, a cafe, a monthly farmer's market and open parkland. Take a 10 minute walk to Albert Park for a picnic, light exercise or enjoy an array of water sports on the lake.
Melbourne's CBD is only 4 kilometres from the apartment and is easily accessible via bus or tram. Station Pier, where many cruise ships dock, is just over a kilometre away.
Key delivery service:
We employ an external key delivery service to meet you with your keys on your day of arrival. The key handover time is to be booked directly with them at least 48 hours prior to your check-in. This service is included in your booking and covers arrivals between 3pm and 6pm. If you are arriving between 6pm and 9pm, an additional after hours fee of $40 will apply. Arrivals after 9pm will incur an additional $100 after hours fee and subject to confirmation. Please confirm if you require an after hours check in at the time of booking to confirm if we can organise this for you.
Please note: guests under the age of 25 must travel with a guest of 25 years of age or older. Guests are required to be 25 years of age or older to stay in this property on their own. Guests not conforming to this policy, unless prior approval is given, will result in denying access to the property and no refunds will be provided. We are happy to consider making exceptions so please contact us if you fall within this age restriction but would love to stay with us.

A $500 security deposit is deducted from your credit card 7 days prior to arrival and is returned on inspection of the accommodation after departure.
