Arts Centre Retreat is a bright and modern apartment located in the heart of Southbank's vibrant arts precinct.

This 70m² apartment offers private accommodation with high quality furnishings and appliances.

The open plan living area includes a comfortable lounge suite, 60 inch Smart TV with Netflix, DVD player and a dining table that seats 4 people. The fully equipped kitchen has a gas cooktop and oven, microwave, coffee machine, fridge and dishwasher. A European laundry is located in the kitchen area.

Step through glass doors from the living area onto a fully covered balcony that spans the length of the apartment. From here, enjoy views towards Malthouse Theatre, the surrounding arts precinct and over to the bay in the distance.

All linen, towels, toiletries, washing and cleaning products are supplied. A fold-away bed is available for an additional fee. A portacot and highchair is available for a small fee - please bring your own cot linen.

Central heating and cooling guarantees year round comfort. Double glazed windows along the entire length of the balcony keeps the apartment insulated from outside noise.

Secure allocated basement parking for one car is provided, with access via Moore Street at the rear.

Arts Centre Retreat is located in the Guild Apartments complex with a secure entrance. Guests are welcome to make use of the communal facilities which include a roof garden on the 22nd floor that has BBQs and offers stunning views of Melbourne's city skyline and the bay. There is also a 25 metre indoor heated pool and well-equipped gymnasium.

Within just a few minutes walk of the apartment complex are cultural facilities including Melbourne Recital Centre, Southbank Theatre, Australian Centre for Contemporary Art, National Gallery of Victoria and Arts Centre Melbourne. The Yarra River and Southbank's riverfront shopping and dining precincts, including Crown Melbourne, are within a 10 to 15 minute walk.

A tram stop is located just outside the complex entrance on Sturt Street. This provides quick and easy access to Melbourne's CBD and surrounding inner city suburbs including Carlton, South Melbourne and Albert Park.

Dog information:

Nightly rates are based on a stay of 7 nights. Lower nightly rates apply for longer stays while higher nightly rates apply for shorter stays.

Minimum stays:
For stays within the next 30 days - 3 nights.
For stays 30 to 90 days from now - 7 nights.
For stays more than 90 days from now - 28 nights.
Even if booked within 30 days, Christmas, Australian Open and Grand Prix stays have a 7 night minimum.
