Hidden Treasure Cottages

Hidden Treasure Cottages offer luxury accommodation within easy walking distance of secluded ocean beaches.

There are two fully self-contained cottages which are separated by fencing and native gardens, with no shared facilities other than the carport, offering complete privacy.

Crew's Cottage - accommodates up to 6 people.

This cottage is ideal for families and small groups. The spacious interior offers:

• Comfortable, two storey open plan living
• Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, fridge, oven and stove top, crockery, cutlery and utensils
• A new coffee machine with coffee pods supplied
• Dining room
• Lounge with TV, DVD, CD player, visitor information and local history literature
• A second sitting area on the mezzanine level
• Split system air-conditioning and wood fire for a comfortable stay year round
• Laundry with washing machine, iron, clothes horse and line
• Family friendly with portacot available for use
• Covered parking for one vehicle in a carport - street parking available for additional vehicles
• A covered outdoor BBQ area with dining setting, positioned in private courtyard with garden outlook

Sleeping configuration:

• Bedroom 1 (downstairs) - queen bed, split system air-conditioning, ensuite with shower, toilet, double vanity and luxury soaker bath. Double sliding doors lead out to the beautiful native garden
• Bedroom 2 (upstairs) - one queen bed and one single bed, ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity
• Mezzanine sitting area (upstairs) - fold out king single sofa bed

Captain's Cabin - accommodation for two.

This cosy cottage has been designed especially for adult couples, offering peace and privacy for an enjoyable romantic escape. It offers:

• Luxurious open plan living area featuring a fully equipped lounge with TV, DVD, CD player, iPod/iPhone dock, radio and a selection of books, magazines, games and movies
• Dining area and kitchenette with stone benchtops, microwave, fridge, hotplate, cookware, electric frypan, kettle, toaster and coffee plunger
• A new coffee machine with coffee pods supplied
• Romantic queen size bed overlooking private garden area
• Newly renovated bathroom with separate shower and freestanding soaker bath
• Washing machine
• Two private outdoor areas including Weber-Q BBQ, outdoor dining setting, cushioned sun lounges and market umbrella, all set on a private decked area with garden outlook
• Split system air-conditioning and heating as well as ceiling fans for a comfortable visit at any time of year
• Covered parking for one vehicle in a carport

Sorry, these cottages are not suitable for schoolies.

Less than 500 metres from the cottages is the entrance to the stunning Mornington Peninsula National Park at the end of the street. Enjoy long walks through this spectacular coastal area and discover tidal swimming lagoons, rock pools, surf beaches, fascinating rock formations, native flora and fauna, and be mesmerised by stunning sunsets. There is a hand drawn pirate's map of our favourite walks and special spots to help you find your way around.

Visit the historic township of Sorrento which is 5 minutes away by car. Bask in the sun at the safe swimming front beach which is within a 2 minute drive, tour world class wineries, indulge in a private pool at the Peninsula Hot Springs or try something more adventurous like dolphin swims, beach horse riding and much more.

Dog information:

• Quiet, well behaved dogs permitted only at Crew's Cottage
• Dogs only permitted outside
• Large undercover kennel, drinking and food bowls provided
• Please bring your own dog bedding
• Property is fenced to a minimum height of 1.2 metres

All Crew's Cottage rates are for 4 guests. Additional guests $50 each per night.

Tariff for Crew's Cottage includes doonas, doona covers and pillows. Full linen hire is available for $50 per bed, otherwise guests will need to bring bed sheets, pillowcases, towels and tea towels.

Tariff for Captain's Cabin includes full linen and towels.
