Sea Dragon is a modern two storey holiday home that is perched high on the Dromana hillside. It offers uninterrupted and breathtaking 180 degree sea views.
Those views are second to none. The panoramic vista stretches before you, offering a stunning outlook in all weather and seasons. The scenery by day is captivating, but then at night the Melbourne skyline starts to twinkle as the city springs to life.
This home is beautifully appointed and features open plan living spaces with stunning water views, polished jarrah floorboards and ducted central heating throughout.

Sea Dragon is perfect for couples, families, mature groups aged over 30 years and nature lovers. Strictly no parties or Schoolies' bookings permitted.
For smaller groups, Sea Dragon can be split into a self-contained upstairs and a downstairs apartment which can be booked separately during non-peak periods. The upstairs apartment is the main residence of the property while downstairs provides a bright and airy self-contained unit.
Outside features include:

- Private fully fenced back courtyard with BBQ, large umbrella and dining setting for 6
- Off street parking for 4 to 5 cars
Please note that the driveway is very steep, however there are 2 car spaces at the top of the drive.
The location of Sea Dragon is superb - nestled between the bay and award-winning wineries, Arthurs Seat Eagle, mazes and many other attractions on the Mornington Peninsula.
Take a 2 kilometre drive down to the beach at Dromana which offers safe swimming in the shallow waters of the bay. There are shops, restaurants and cafes along the coastal boulevard of Point Nepean Road.
Walk 160 metres to Hillview Community Reserve which back onto Arthurs Seat State Park. Enjoy bay and farm views, explore the dam and make use of the picnic area with BBQs. Adrenaline junkies will love the long pump track which is suitable for bicycles, scooters and skateboards. The reserve is home to lots of native wildlife and you may see an occasional kangaroo.

- Well-behaved dogs under 20 kg are welcome with approval

Mid: February to 18 December, excluding Easter and long weekends
$800 per night - minimum stay is 2 nights
Tariffs are for up to 8 guests. Extra guests $50 each per night.
UPSTAIRS APARTMENT - up to 7 guests
Peak: 18 December to 31 January
$900 per night - minimum stay is 7 nights
Easter:
$900 per night - minimum stay is 4 nights
Long weekends:
$600 per night - minimum stay is 3 nights
Mid: February to 18 December, excluding Easter and long weekends
$500 per night - minimum stay is 2 nights
DOWNSTAIRS APARTMENT - up to 5 guests

$650 per night - minimum stay is 7 nights

Tariff includes doonas, doona covers, pillows and pillowcases. Full linen hire is available for $50 per bed, otherwise guests will need to bring bed sheets, towels and tea towels.
Restrictions may apply as separate apartment bookings may not be possible during peak periods.
