Tassells Beach House is an idyllic coastal escape, boasting water views and situated just a short walk from the beach.

Offering full family comfort, this beautifully presented home combines beachside charm with sleek contemporary design and modern facilities, providing a seaside escape where guests can unwind and immerse themselves at this ultimate seaside escape.

The fresh and airy living area features plush furnishings and tasteful decor, with floor to ceiling windows flooding this space with natural light and offering mesmerising water views. There is a 50 inch Smart TV, a dedicated work bench and a dining table which seats 8 people. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with state of the art appliances including an electric cooktop and oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge and dishwasher.

From the living area, sliding glass doors open onto a partially covered large deck with comfortable outdoor couches which overlooks the front garden. From here, enjoy panoramic views of the blue waters and be soothed by the sounds of the sea.

At the rear of the home is a private fenced backyard with an outdoor hot shower and carport which has space for two cars. There is a shared driveway along the side of the home that provides access to a property at the rear.

Walk less than 2 minutes to Tassells Cove beach which is accessed via the overpass which crosses Marine Parade at the point where the roadway passes under the Martha Cove waterway. Take a stroll along the extensive boardwalk which follows the waterway to the inland Martha Cove Marina with its extensive berthing facilities and several eateries.

On your doorstep are the many attractions of the Mornington Peninsula, including the sandy swimming beaches along the coastline of Safety Beach, Arthurs Seat and the acclaimed Mornington Peninsula wine region.
