Escape to the Cape

Escape to the Cape is a delightful beach house, located just minutes from the beach and the local shops.

This classic beach property is a tastefully furnished home away from home, providing the ideal escape for couples or families.

At the front of this home is an open plan living area which is bathed in natural light and comfortable all year round with a split-system air-conditioner. The lounge area has a relaxing sofa, Smart TV and a selection of books and children's games. There is a large dining table and a well-equipped kitchen with an electric cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge. Enjoy complimentary tea and coffee upon arrival.

A sliding glass door from the living area opens onto a large entertaining deck complete with a covered BBQ area. Around the corner is an enclosed north facing verandah.

This home can sleep up to 8 people. There are 3 spacious bedrooms, all with large windows and block out blinds.

• Bedroom 2 - bunk bed, single bed
• bedroom 3 - tri-bunk bed (double on bottom, single on top)

A porta cot and highchair are available for children.

There is one bathroom.

• Main bathroom - shower, vanity unit, separate toilet

All linen and towels are provided.

The laundry is equipped with a washing machine and clothes dryer. Washing powder is supplied.

The front garden is securely fenced for children and pets. There is an outdoor surfboard shower where guests can rinse off after a day at the beach.

This home is smoke free.

Please note there is a separate two storey unit at the back of the property. That unit is not available to guests and no one will be using that unit while you are staying on this property.

Escape to the Cape is just an 8 minute stroll from the shops, cafes and takeaway outlets in the centre of Cape Woolamai. Walk 10 minutes to the sandy bay beach or 15 minutes in the opposite direction to the stunning surf beach.

$224 to $350 per night, depending on the time of year.

A $45 booking fee applies to each stay - no other cleaning fee or bond applies.
