Key Lime Retreat

Key Lime Retreat is a delightful holiday home, located just a short distance from the swimming and surf beaches of Cape Woolamai.

The open plan living area at the front of the home has a cathedral ceiling which creates a light, airy and comfortable space. There is a cosy Coonara wood heater (some wood provided), air-conditioner, relaxing lounge suite and large Smart TV with Apple TV. The dining table seats 8 people. There is a fully equipped kitchen with an electric induction cooktop, oven, microwave, drip filter coffee machine, fridge, dishwasher and ample cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

Key Lime Retreat has 4 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 10 people.

• Bedroom 1 - queen bed
• Bedroom 2 - double bed
• Bedroom 3 (no door, access is via bedroom 2) - tri-bunk (double on bottom, single on top)
• Bungalow bedroom - tri-bunk (double on bottom, single on top), air-conditioner, kitchenette

A cot and high chair are provided.

There are 3 bathrooms.

• Main bathroom - bath, shower, vanity unit, separate toilet
• Ensuite - shower, vanity unit, toilet
• Bungalow bathroom - shower, vanity unit, toilet

The laundry is equipped with a washing machine and ironing facilities.

A door from the laundry leads out onto a covered deck that extends along the side of the house, complete with an outdoor dining setting and gas BBQ.

Located in the backyard is a separate bungalow which has a huge lounge and games room area with a TV, couches, pool table and dart board. The bungalow bedroom has an ensuite and kitchenette.

The backyard is private and secure with an outdoor hot shower. A long concrete driveway at the front of the home provides plenty of space to park up to 3 or 4 vehicles, including a boat.

Walk just 4 minutes to the shops and eateries in the Cape Woolamai town centre. Both the sandy swimming beach and exhilarating surf beach are within a 15 minute walk from the home.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

A $45 booking fee also applies to each stay - no other cleaning fee or bond applies.

Minimum stay is from 2 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
