The Sandbox is a lovely split-level home with a modern interior, just a short stroll from the sandy beach.

Steps at the front of the home lead to a large elevated deck with a BBQ and outdoor setting. Walk through a sliding glass door into a spacious open plan living area that is bathed in natural light. There is a wood heater, split-system air-conditioning and relaxing seating in front of a Smart TV. The dining area has a table that seats 6 and a fully equipped kitchen with electric cooktop and oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge, dishwasher and ample cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

From the living area, steps lead down to the bedrooms and rest of the home.

The Sandbox has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 8 people.

  • Bedroom 1 - queen bed
  • Bedroom 2 - two sets of single bunks
  • Bedroom 3 - double bed

There is one bathroom and two toilets.

  • Main bathroom - shower, vanity unit, toilet

At the rear of the home is a neatly fenced yard and an outdoor shower. There is parking for one car in the carport and two additional vehicles on the driveway.

Walk less than 5 minutes to the safe swimming beach at Cleeland Bight - located at the end of the street.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

A $45 booking fee also applies to each stay - no other cleaning fee or bond applies.

Minimum stay is from 2 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Linen and bathroom towels can be hired for $30 per king/queen/double bed and $15 per single bed - or you can bring your own.
