Woolihut

Woolihut is a lovely two storey holiday home that offers views over the foreshore reserve and is close to the spectacular surf beach.

The upstairs open plan living area features timber floors, contemporary furnishings and floor to ceiling windows that look out to the surrounding trees. This spacious area includes large and comfortable sofas, a Smart TV and a dining table that seats 8. The kitchen is fully appointed with an electric oven, induction cook top, microwave, Nespresso pod coffee machine, large fridge, dishwasher and ample cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

A sliding glass door from the upstairs living area opens onto a deck which has bar seating and deck chairs.

Woolihut has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 7 people.

• Bedroom 2 (downstairs) - one queen bed
• Bedroom 3 (downstairs) - one tri-bunk (queen bed on bottom and king single on top)

For additional guests there are two double divan/sofa beds in the upstairs living room.

There are reverse-cycle air-conditioners in the upstairs living room and in each downstairs bedroom. The master bedroom has a Dyson heater and fan, as well as a ceiling fan.

Outside is a large covered deck which is the perfect spot to entertain or relax. It has an electric BBQ, 8 seat dining table, outdoor couches and plenty of seating. Gather around the fire pit and immerse yourself in the surrounding peaceful and rustic garden. There is a hot water outdoor shower to wash off after a day at the beach. Parking space is available for up to two cars.

Take a 5 minute walk to the surf beach at The Colonnades. The safe swimming beach at Cleeland Bight is 1½ kilometres away. The main commercial centre of Cape Woolamai, which includes a selection of cafes and takeaway shops, is less than 2 minutes by car.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

Minimum stay is from 2 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
