23KC is a two storey holiday home located in a quiet residential area of Cowes.

Downstairs is a spacious air-conditioned open plan living area with polished floor boards. The lounge has comfortable couches, a 65 inch TV with Amazon Fire TV Stick and a stereo system. This flows through to a dining area with a table that seats 8 people and stools at the kitchen bench. The fully equipped kitchen has an induction cooktop and electric oven, microwave, espresso coffee machine, coffee pod machine, fridge, dishwasher and ample cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

Upstairs is an enormous open plan living and games room. This air-conditioned space has several couches, a 46 inch TV with Amazon Fire TV Stick, stereo system and table tennis table. A sliding glass door opens onto a sunny deck with two sun loungers that overlooks the rear garden.

23KC has 4 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 14 people.

The laundry is fully equipped with a washing machine, clothes dryer, ironing facilities and also a bar fridge.

There are several outdoor living spaces in the fully fenced and landscaped backyard. Under the upstairs deck is a covered dining area with a bench table that seats 6 to 8 people. Across the garden from there is a covered gazebo with an outdoor 6 seat sofa and Weber Family Q gas BBQ.

Space is available for up to 3 cars on the long driveway.

23KC is located just over one kilometre from the southern end of the commercial centre of Cowes which extends along Thompson Avenue and is lined with shops, cafes and restaurants. The nearest sandy beach is a 3 minute drive by car or a 22 minute walk.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

Minimum stay is from 2 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
