Ayubowan Villa is a neat and tidy split-level home, located in a quiet residential area near the end of a no through road.

From the entrance hallway at the front door, climb 6 steps to the large open plan living area. This space has a reverse-cycle air-conditioner and includes a comfortable sitting area with a Smart TV and soundbar, a children's play corner with games, and an 8 seat dining table. The fully equipped kitchen has an electric cooktop and oven, microwave, coffee machine, fridge, dishwasher and ample cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

The living area opens onto a large covered balcony which can become fully enclosed with cafe blinds. There is an outdoor setting and a gas BBQ.

Ayubowan Villa has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 7 people.

Diagonally across the road is a park with a fantastic playground that kids will love.

Ayubowan Villa is located 1.8 kilometres from the beach and 2.4 kilometres from major supermarkets in the centre of Cowes.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.
