Beachhouse in Cowes is a well presented holiday home with multiple living areas and lots of recreational facilities to keep families entertained.

The spacious central open plan living area is air-conditioned and includes relaxing couches, a Smart TV and solid wood dining table. The fully equipped kitchen has a gas cooktop and electric oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge, dishwasher and ample cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

The front entrance to this home is via the second living room. This room has a corner couch and a TV with Apple TV.

The rear lounge room is the third living area. This cosy space is perfect as a children's retreat and includes a Smart TV and an air-conditioner.

Beachhouse in Cowes has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 10 people.

A sliding glass door from the rear lounge leads onto a huge covered entertaining area complete with a pool table, gas BBQ, bar fridge and seating for 13 people. This overlooks a fully fenced grassed backyard with a trampoline, soccer net and fire pit (bring your own wood). The partially enclosed single garage has a table tennis table inside and a basketball hoop at the front.

Parking space for two vehicles is available on the driveway behind a gate.

Beachhouse in Cowes is located in a quiet residential area of Cowes and within an 8 minute stroll of the nearest sandy beach. 1.3 kilometres from this home is the southern end of the commercial centre of Cowes which extends along Thompson Avenue and is lined with shops, cafes and restaurants.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
