Beachside Bliss is a modern and beautifully presented two storey townhouse that is located close to the beach.

This new and luxurious townhouse has two separate living areas, each furnished with a comfortable lounge suite, large TV and DVD player. The upstairs living area opens onto a balcony that faces the front of the property with comfortable seating. The downstairs living area leads to a sheltered entertaining area with an outdoor setting, gas BBQ and pizza oven.

The home includes a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, a laundry with front loading washing machine and dryer, and reverse cycle air-conditioning on both levels.

Beachside Bliss has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep any combination of adults and children up to a maximum of 7.

• Bedroom 1 (downstairs) - queen bed, TV, ensuite
• Bedroom 2 (upstairs) - queen bed
• Bedroom 3 (upstairs) - one tri-bunk (double on the bottom, single on the top)
• Upstairs living area - double sofa bed

There is secure vehicle parking in the double garage where you will also find a table tennis table.

Beachside Bliss is located just 300 metres from the Cowes beach and boat ramp. The Cowes town centre, with all the shops and services you may require, is 1.7 kilometres away.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

A $45 booking fee also applies to each stay - no other cleaning fee or bond applies.

Minimum stay is from 2 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
