Blue Gum

Blue Gum is a delightful family holiday home situated on a huge corner block.

The central air-conditioned open plan living area has a lounge suite, TV, DVD player, mini Hi-Fi system and a dining table that seats 8. The kitchen is fully appointed with an electric cooktop and oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge, dishwasher and ample cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

A sliding glass door opens from the kitchen area onto a large north-facing covered deck with an 8 seat outdoor setting that overlooks the private and fully enclosed yard.

Blue Gum has 4 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 11 people. Each bedroom has a reverse-cycle air-conditioner.

• Bedroom 4 - two sets of single bunks

There are 2½ bathrooms.

The large garage at the back of the yard has been converted into a games room with a table tennis table, foosball table and a sitting area with a TV. Parking is available on the adjacent driveway for up to 4 cars or boats.

From Blue Gum, take a 12 minute walk to the beach or an 8 minute walk to the major supermarkets in the centre of Cowes.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

A $45 booking fee also applies to each stay - no other cleaning fee or bond applies.

Minimum stay is from 2 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
