Cowes Garden Cottages

Cowes Garden Cottages is a large older style holiday home which is suitable as group accommodation or for large families.

This home is divided into two separate areas - the main house and the cottage. While both these areas are part of the one building, each section has its own private entrance and no internal access between them.

In the main house is a large central air-conditioned living room with a Smart TV, Bluetooth speaker and wood fire. There is an adjoining dining room which can seat 6 people. The huge fully equipped kitchen has a gas cooktop, electric oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge, dishwasher, large pantry and ample cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

At the front of the main house is a second air-conditioned living room.

The cottage has an air-conditioned living room with a Smart TV and a dining table which seats 4 people. There is a kitchenette with a microwave, bar fridge and small dishwasher.

Cowes Garden Cottages has 6 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 21 people.

The main house has a laundry which is fully equipped with a washing machine, clothes dryer and ironing facilities.

The garage has been converted into a games room with a table tennis table and gas BBQ.

Next to the garage is a semi-covered outdoor area with an electric heated 6 person spa.

On the other side of the garage is a central courtyard which has two outdoor tables that seat 14 people.

There are lovely gardens along the east side of the property which provide a delightful outlook from the main house central living room and dining room.

From Cowes Garden Cottages, take an 8 minute walk to the sandy beach at Cowes Yacht Club or a 10 minute walk to the beach near the jetty. The main street in Cowes is conveniently located just a 2 minute walk from the cottage with supermarkets, shops, cafes and restaurants at your fingertips.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

A $45 booking fee also applies to each stay - no other cleaning fee or bond applies.

Minimum stay is from 2 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
