How's the Serenity is a cosy holiday home located in a quiet residential area.

The living area of this home is tastefully furnished and includes a comfortable lounge suite, Smart TV, wood heater (a starting amount of wood is provided), split-system air-conditioning and an 8 seat dining table. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric cooktop and oven, microwave, coffee machine, fridge and ample cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

How's the Serenity has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 8 people.

• Bedroom 1 - king bed
• Bedroom 2 - queen bed, single bed
• Bedroom 3 - a set of single bunks, single bed

There is one bathroom.

• Combined bathroom and laundry - shower, vanity unit, toilet, wash trough, washing machine

At the back of the home is a large fully covered deck with a BBQ and seating for 8. This overlooks a neat and private backyard with an outdoor hot shower and a paved area around a fire pit. Parking for 3 to 4 cars or boats is available on the driveway.

How's the Serenity is located 1.4 kilometres from the beach and a 4 minute drive from major supermarkets in the centre of Cowes.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.
