Hitchcock is an ideal beach retreat in the heart of Barwon Heads, conveniently located just steps from the main shopping strip and just a short walk from the beach.

This spacious and beautifully appointed holiday unit is perfect for families, groups of friends, or anyone simply looking for a relaxing getaway.

At the front of the home is a comfortable air-conditioned lounge room with a huge TV and built-in timber cabinets. Walk through to the meals area which has a solid wooden table which seats 8 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cooktop, electric wall oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge and dishwasher.

A sliding glass door from the dining area opens onto a partially covered private courtyard with an outdoor dining table and BBQ.

This home has 3 bedrooms, all with air-conditioners, and can sleep up to 7 people.

• Master bedroom - king bed, wall-mounted TV, ensuite
• Bedroom 2 - queen bed
• Bedroom 3 - tri-bunk (double on bottom, single on top)

There are 2 bathrooms.

• Main bathroom - bath, shower, vanity unit, toilet

All linen and basic toiletries are provided. Guests will need to bring their own beach towels.

The laundry is fully equipped with a washing machine and clothes dryer.

Hitchcock is part of a quiet group of 4 home units, with its own secure one car garage and additional parking provided in front of the garage.

Walk just a few steps down the road and you will be within the vibrant shopping strip of Barwon Heads with its selection of cafes, restaurants and shops.

Take a 5 minute stroll to the sandy shores of the Barwon River which is a great spot for paddling in the shallow waters near the bridge that leads to Ocean Grove. On the other side of Barwon Heads is the surfing spot of Thirteenth Beach which is a 15 minute walk or 2 minute drive away.
