Marlin House

Marlin House is a two storey holiday home, tucked away in a quiet spot which is walking distance to the beach.

This spacious home has been fully renovated and provides relaxing accommodation for couples, a family or a group of friends.

The downstairs living area has a cathedral ceiling, warm timber flooring and is bathed in natural light thanks to large windows. The sitting area features a luxurious lounge suite, Smart TV, gas log fire and wall heater. One step up is the dining area which has a wall-mounted air-conditioner and a table which seats 6 people. The fully equipped kitchen has a row of stools at the bench and includes a gas cooktop, electric oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge and dishwasher.

This home has 3 bedrooms can can sleep up to 8 people.

Bedroom 1 (upstairs) - queen bed, sitting area, ensuite, distant ocean views
Bedroom 2 (downstairs) - queen bed
Bedroom 3 (downstairs) - single bed, tri-bunk bed (single on top, double on bottom)

There are 2 bathrooms.

Main bathroom (downstairs) - bath, shower, double vanity unit, toilet
Ensuite (upstairs) - shower, vanity unit, toilet

All linen and basic toiletries are provided. Guests will need to bring their own beach towels.

The laundry is equipped with a washing machine, clothes dryer and ironing facilities.

Enjoy the fresh air with several separate outdoor living areas. At the rear of the home is a large paved covered pergola with sun loungers, a dining setting, gas BBQ and outdoor shower. This overlooks the large private backyard. Along the side of the home is a covered deck with an outdoor setting. At the front of the home, outside the living area, is an entry deck with relaxing chairs where you can watch the sunset.

There is a carport at the front of the home and additional off street parking on the driveway.

Marlin House is set high on an elevated block, within a 15 minute walk of the ocean beach. A 3 minute drive will take you to either the shops along The Terrace or Ocean Grove Marketplace shopping centre.

Ocean Grove is one of the Bellarine Peninsula's most popular holiday towns. The surf beach is one of the best places to learn how to surf, while the stretches of sand along the mouth of the Barwon River offer great swimming spots. There are an excellent selection of shops, restaurants and cafes, as well as nearby golf courses and wineries. All this is just 20 minutes from the centre of Geelong and 25 minutes from the start of the Great Ocean Road at Torquay.
