Spray is an upstairs holiday apartment offering the perfect blend of coastal charm and modern facilities.

The apartment provides affordable accommodation for couples, small families or friends looking for a weekend escape, extended coastal break or even a remote work retreat.

From your private ground floor entrance, climb the stairs up to the apartment which is air-conditioned for year round comfort.

The lounge area has a comfortable sofa, large TV and inviting electric fireplace. The adjacent dining area has a table that seats 4 people. The kitchen has its own small dining table and is equipped with an electric cooktop and oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher.

This apartment has 2 bedrooms and can sleep up to 3 people.

There is 1 bathroom.

Main bathroom - bath, shower, vanity unit, toilet

All linen and basic toiletries are provided. A portacot can be provided upon request.

The laundry is located in the bathroom and is equipped with a washing machine, clothes dryer and ironing facilities.

There is dedicated off-street parking available at the base of the stairs which leads up to the apartment.

Take a 10 minute stroll to Blue Waters Lake and its surrounding parkland or a 20 minute walk to the Barwon River. Drive for 3 minutes into the heart of Ocean Grove for shopping and dining, with the sandy ocean beach close by.

Ocean Grove is one of the Bellarine Peninsula's most popular holiday towns. The surf beach is one of the best places to learn how to surf, while the stretches of sand along the mouth of the Barwon River offer great swimming spots. Excellent golf courses and wineries are nearby. All this is just 20 minutes from the centre of Geelong and 25 minutes from the start of the Great Ocean Road at Torquay.
