Sunset Retreat

Sunset Retreat offers a comfortable and peaceful getaway within an easy 500 metre walk of the beach.

This home features modern furniture and large windows which allow lots of natural light to filter through. There are board games, Netflix, a DVD player with a large selection of DVDs, Sony PlayStation 2 with games, CD/radio, unlimited free internet, cricket bats, soccer balls and other toys to entertain those of all ages.

The fully-equipped kitchen includes extras such as a sandwich press, wok and electric blender. The sheltered outdoor deck next to the kitchen has a full size gas BBQ.

Sunset Retreat has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 6 people. All beds are fitted with electric blankets.

For year round comfort, the home has air-conditioning, a gas heater and fans.

The large backyard is ideal for kids to play cricket, basketball, games, or just to relax in. It is fully fenced and can be securely locked. There is a very large shade sail with a second outdoor table setting.

When staying at Sunset Retreat, enjoy early morning or evening walks along the beach, accessible from the entrance at the end of the street. Cheeky Cow Cafe and Ocean Grove Hotel are both conveniently located just a few minutes walk away. Drive just a few minutes to Ocean Grove's main shopping strip and patrolled beach.

Dog information:

• A maximum of 2 small to medium size well behaved dogs allowed
• Dogs welcome inside, but they must not sleep on beds
• The large yard has secure fencing and lockable gates
• 500 metres walk to dog friendly beach
• 250 metres walk to Collendina Recreation Reserve where dogs can exercise off leash
• Please advise at the time of booking the number of dogs and their breeds
• If your dog sheds, please sweep up hair before departure
• Dogs stay free

Nightly rates from:

Christmas / January - $300 per night, minimum stay 7 nights.
The rest of summer - $260 per night, minimum stay 4 nights.
Spring / autumn - $250 per night, minimum stay 3 nights.
Winter - $230 per night, minimum stay 3 nights.
Public holidays - $290 per night, minimum stay 3 nights.
Easter and school holidays - enquire for rates, minimum stay 4 nights.

Doonas, doona covers, tea towels, bath mats and hand towels are provided. Beds fully made with sheets and pillow cases can be provided for $20 each, or you may wish to bring your own. Guests will need to bring their own bath towels, or if travelling from interstate they can be provided.

A small bond is required, with the amount depending on the number of guests and length of stay.
