The home has central heating and air-conditioning for year round comfort. Features include a lounge room with TV and Foxtel, a dining area with a 6 seat table, and a fully-equipped kitchen with a gas cooktop, oven, microwave, fridge and double drawer dishwasher. There are two bedrooms - one with a queen bed and the other can be configured with either a queen bed or two singles. All linen and towels are provided. There is one bathroom and a laundry with a washing machine and dryer.

Weekly servicing of the home is available on request.

Outside is a covered entertaining deck with a table and chairs. There is a double carport and additional space for off-street parking.

This home is located less than a kilometre from Williamstown Beach and just over a kilometre from the popular shopping and dining precincts along Ferguson Street and Douglas Parade. Visit the nearby botanic gardens, museums, galleries, or enjoy walks along the scenic coastline with its remnants of Williamstown's maritime history.
