Upstairs is the main living area. This open plan space has split system heating and cooling, as well as large windows which let in lots of sunlight and provide water views. There is a comfortable lounge area with a TV, a large dining table and a fully equipped kitchen with an electric hotplate and oven, dishwasher and fridge. A sliding glass door opens onto a large open deck which overlooks the garden and provides panoramic views across the bay towards Arthurs Seat and the southern end of the Mornington Peninsula. Also on this level are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom.

Downstairs is a second open plan living area. Perfect for an additional couple or a kid's retreat, it includes a sitting area in front of a wall-mounted TV, a small kitchen and a bed. Walk through to a combined laundry and bathroom. A glass door opens directly from this living area onto a paved terrace which has a BBQ and outdoor setting.

This home has 4 bedrooms and can sleep up to 7 people.

True to its name, Bay Views on Family Orchard has a huge backyard with established fruit trees, lush tropical plants and native trees. There is a large front yard with a double carport and ample room on the driveway to park additional vehicles or a boat behind lockable front gates.

This home is located across the road from Mount Martha Park and within a few minutes drive of local beaches.

• Fully fenced 2000 square metre yard with large lockable front gate
• An off-leash dog beach is located 4 minutes drive away at Tassells Cove in Safety Beach
